Pricing and payment

Our current prices are shown on our website and are subject to the terms agreed at the point of engagement. Monthly services are provided on a rolling basis unless otherwise stated. Website design setup fees are non-refundable once your build begins. Website monthly plans have a minimum term as set out at the point of sale.

Your responsibilities

To deliver our services effectively, we may need timely access to information, accounts and content from you. Delays in providing these may affect delivery timelines. You are responsible for ensuring any materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights.

Cancellation

Rolling monthly services can be cancelled with reasonable notice as agreed at the point of engagement. Website design projects and minimum-term plans are subject to the specific terms agreed at the outset.

Results and guarantees

We work to best-practice standards to improve your online visibility. However, search engine rankings depend on factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels or results.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.

Intellectual property

Where we build a website or create materials for you, ownership and licensing arrangements are as agreed in your specific engagement. Your Google Business Profile always remains owned by you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
